Our Story
SeniorCare CRM was born from firsthand experience with the challenges of running a home care agency. Our co-founder, Sarah Mitchell, spent 15 years building and operating care agencies, and experienced the frustration of juggling spreadsheets, paper files, and disconnected systems.
In 2019, Sarah partnered with David Chen, a healthcare technology veteran, to build the software she wished existed. Together, they set out to create a modern CRM designed specifically for senior care agencies.
